The Virtual Assistant, will have the opportunity to work closely with Malika, as her right-hand person, to increase visibility for The Center for Women's Voice and create a powerful experience for professional women who want to communicate without apologizing or overanalyzing.
The Virtual Assistant position is a part-time (7-10 hrs/week) remote position
-Upload social media content and engage with other users on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
-Repurpose existing content into sharable graphics
-Research and outreach for podcast appearances and other guest speaking opportunities
-Email maintenance (Gmail)
-Maintain and enhance internal organization systems (Google Drive and Asana)
-Client scheduling and onboarding (Calendly)

-Reliable phone service and wi-fi connection
-Strong written communication skills
-Social media prowess with a willingness to learn about new features on relevant platforms
-Excellent customer service skills
-High emotional intelligence
-Familiarity with Google Drive
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Precise attention to detail
THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE A PLUS...
-Familiarity with Canva and an eye for graphic design
-Experience with MailChimp
-You've taken the Four Tendencies quiz
-You know a couple Lizzo songs by heart
